Belly Dancing (South Location)
Belly dance is an ancient Middle Eastern art form that celebrates life. It’s a connection of the mind, body, and spirit. It will increase flexibility, improve posture, and tone and firm the entire body. Fun and adventure for all ages and fitness levels.
Buns, Sweat & Balls (North & South Locations)
This class combines athletic cardio movements with creative core training and muscle training; all on the ball. The focus is on strengthening and toning your core stabilizers including abs, back, quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, and glutes specifically. Every fitness level is welcome to check out this class.
Pilates (North & South Locations)
The Pilates method is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Pilates improves body awareness, improves body alignment and breathing, and increases efficiency of movement. Suitable for all fitness levels.
MMA Cardio- Mixed Martial Arts Cardio (North Location)
A mix of movements from Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Mauy Thai, and Tai Chi. A fierce, high energy routine that will burn fat and work your cardiovascular system. Suitable for all levels of fitness and advanced cardio buffs will get a worthwhile workout.
Mauy Strength (North & South Locations)
A Boot camp style class that combines Kickboxing and Mauy Thai techniques along with other unique intervals designed to burn calories and build confidence. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Nooner Boot Camp (North Location)
A bootcamp style class with unique cardio stations to help rev up your calorie burning at noon! This class is suitable for all fitness levels

- Phase 4 (Get Ripped to the Core) = uses compound movements which leads to major calorie burn

Spin (North & South Locations)
These cycling classes integrate real cycling principles and situations within a group cycling environment. It is not a traditional group bike class. It is a cycling experience that will leave you speechless! This is excellent for cardiovascular health and burns tones of calories.
Cycle & Skiers Edge (North Location)
This class has 15 minutes of core & lower bodywork, to help you get ready for the ski season! Suitable for all fitness levels but will give the advanced cyclist a special push.
Step Cardio & Intervals (South Location)
This is an all-inclusive Step class with some choreography, some power, and some intervals. This is a combination Step, Strength, and Stability class designed to maximize your cardio and burns mega calories. Intervals include added interval work between simple step patterns & athletic movements to intensify anaerobic conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Step Extra (North Location)
This is high intensity; and has advanced choreography. This class is based on stepping up and down off an adjustable platform with choreography and good tunes. High intensity intervals pump up the heart rate and increase your power and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels but will give the advanced 'stepper' a challenge also.
Yoga Flow by Candlelight (North & South Locations)
Yoga Flow is composed of a continuous sequence of poses that are linked to one another in synchronization with the breath. This method of practice produces intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. It is a deeply vigorous practice that realigns the body, cultivates mental acuity, calms the nervous system, builds strength, and cultivates a feeling of inner peace. It is an all-levels class and beginners are welcome.

This deep relaxation technique, translated as 'Yoga Sleep', is a scientific method of removing tension from the body. A dedicated practice is equivalent to the benefit of 3 - 4 hours of deep sleep. Yoga Nidra is appropriate for people who are looking for deep relaxation, stress management, to harmonize the deeper unconsciousness and to awaken inner potential.

Pure Aqua- Fit (North Location)
This is the real deal- all the basic and fun moves Aquacisers know and love, but it’s not your Grandma’s Aquacise class! This athletic- based class works all the major muscle groups and focuses on cardiovascular intervals that will challenge your endurance, but without the impact of land-based fitness! Come Ready to work and have fun!!
Aqua- Circuit (North Location)
Jump in for an action-packed hour of 10- minute quick intervals of cardio and “stations”. Cycle, kickbox, ski and dance, plus yoga stretch cool down! Here’s a mind, body and spirit fusion class you will surely love!
Aqua-Pump (North Location)
Group strength training comes to the pool. Enjoy a cardio/ weights combination class using a variety of exercises and equipment. This low-impact workout will condition muscles, working on core balance, range of motion, speed, endurance and strength. Come experience the liquid weight room!
