Slim and Lean focuses on heavy weights and works opposing muscle groups with rest periods between tracks. This is a total body workout that reduces fat and redefines muscles. Slim and Lean uses high reps to work muscles to fatigue. As a result, this phase is designed to stimulate muscle growth for strength gains by building lactic acid in the muscles. This phase also uses pulses and isometric holds to add intensity, help achieve muscle definition, as well as increasing muscle endurance and aerobic capacity.
